Over one thousand athletes from 10 ASEAN Member states will compete at the 14th ASEAN School Games that will be held from the 20th to 28th of November, in the spirit of sportsmanship, solidarity and regional friendship. Brunei Darussalam will be represented by 153 athletes. Among the sports event that will be featured in the Games is badminton.

As one of the sports event that have the potential for the nation to bag medals, 15 athletes comprising 8 male and 7 female students will compete in the badminton's doubles and individual categories. The athletes are undergoing intensive training in terms of physical and mental aspects as part of their preparation.

The badminton athletes hope to perform to the best of their ability during the Games.

With thorough preparation, the national athletes are expected to be able to compete fiercely to achieve success and bring glory to the nation for the 2025 edition of the Games.
